We’re delighted to announce that we have received funding from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner here in Gloucestershire to support our mental health work within some of the county’s most challenged communities.
CEO Jacqui Gale said: “We appear to be a new charity to many people but we have been solidly working with communities for many years. Our charity is 30 years old but this year we have really relaunched with a bang. There is a greater need for our mental health support for both community volunteers and young people and many young people appreciate the opportunity to talk through some of the awful experiences they have gone through recently during the pandemic.
“We are so grateful to Martin Surl and his team for believing in our work and approving our grant for funding. Thank you.”
